Welcome Back Sports Fans!! Murphy's NFL Pick'em Pool Master is not gone but only resting, recharging. The Robot is beginning to power back up for the 2010 NFL Season. He'll soon be starting up his motors again and giving you, the Fans, the best educated picks, straight and against the spread, for EVERY NFL game in the 2010 Season absolutely FREE! Other so-called "experts" offer their guesses for upwards of $3000 per month. Really!

Now, stay tuned for further updates and recaps from last season. It wasn't the best one, but watch the progress. This season will involve several major improvements to the program. Here are a few being considered:

-3rd Down Efficiency
Teams that win get it done on 3rd down and stop their opponents from doing the same.

-Time of Possession
Teams that control the ball control the clock. Controlling the clock controls the game, and controlling the game leads to wins.

-Red Zone Efficiency (Offensive/Defensive)
A 90 yard pass down the field to the ten-yard line looks amazing but it's all for naught if the offense can't finish. And a defense that consistently holds a threatening offense has a huge impact on the entire game.

-Key Player Injury Status
Major producers on each team will be tracked and if a team is missing its star players, you better believe that will have an effect on the predicted outcome.
